We contacted Hotel San Carlos in Phoenix and they allowed us to use their fire escape. We hired musicians so that they could play the song “Pretty Woman” while Franne was waiting for her surprise. We hired a limo and had them remove their sunroof so Richard could get into character. And you can see by the beautiful pictures that the proposal went off without a hitch.
