Q&A: Choosing a 1.30 Ct. Round Diamond for a Yellow Gold Solitaire Setting With a $5-7k Total Budget

Hi,

I’d love your help to find a round diamond for a solitaire setting in yellow gold in the 1.2ct to 1.3ct range. I’m thinking of spending $5-7k in total.

I’m buying from the UK, so it seems like Blue Nile is the best option to avoid any additional taxes on delivery.

The 1.3 doesn’t look as eye-clean to me as I’d like – do any others at this weight stand out?

The 1.3ct one is eye-clean, keep in mind that the video is magnified and none of the inclusions will be visible to the naked eye.
