Hi there,
I would like some advice on purchasing a diamond from JamesAllen.com. I purchased a diamond that was recommended from your website a year ago.
Now I would like to trade in my diamond to JamesAllen and upgrade it. I have to spend 2x the amount of the original diamond which is $7230, so my budget for this diamond would be $15,000. I would like to get an oval diamond this time around.
Thank you for your help.
What setting style and metal are you planning to go with? What carat size do you desire? This info will help me set the right search parameters.
I would like to do a solitaire style with gold being the the metal of choice. I was look to get a 2ct diamond.
Thank you for the additional info. Here are my recommendations:
www.jamesallen.com/loose-diamonds/oval-cut/2.00-carat-h-color-si1-clarity-sku-7355439?a_aid=dmnd1357 (This stone is kind of a borderline of eye-cleanliness)
www.jamesallen.com/loose-diamonds/oval-cut/2.01-carat-h-color-vs2-clarity-sku-7451299?a_aid=dmnd1357
www.jamesallen.com/loose-diamonds/oval-cut/2.00-carat-h-color-si1-clarity-sku-7188388?a_aid=dmnd1357
Which one of the stones would you pick out of the ones you sent me? I can spend a little more over $15,000 if there is a stone that is significantly better then the ones you sent me if that helps?
I like the second VS2 as it’s reasonably priced, has perfect measurements and minimal bowtie. I checked the inventory again and couldn’t find any significantly better or bigger option (even with a higher price tag).
So this is the diamond I am going to purchase since it is the one you recommend.
That’s great news!
