I am looking at this less than 1carat diamond for a sub 1500 budget, can you please let me know what you think.

That is a very nice diamond, but you can easily drop in color/clarity and get a bigger diamond. I like this one:

One other favor, My wife doesnt want to go as large as .5 carat and wants some thing in .42-.44 carats so is there anything u would recommend in this range?
