Unfortunately, that’s not a good diamond. There is a huge knot in the middle of the table that would cause a massive problem with brilliance.

What style setting (solitaire, pave/side stone, halo) and metal (yellow/white gold, platinum) are you going to put it in?
I plan on a pave setting in 14k white gold. Our budget is $4,000 for the diamond. I’m really looking for a colorless diamond, is there one you recommend in the D-F color range?

Please let me know what you think in comparison to the diamonds you have suggested.
They are gorgeous, but most people can’t see the difference between a D and H color unless they see them right next to each other.
If you feel like you will appreciate the difference, go for it. But if you’re not certain, you’ll spend extra 1k for nothing.
I’d personally go with an I+ color princess cut for the setting you chose.
