Hi,

I am looking to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend and have been looking at Blue Nile and James Allen. I am trying to keep my budget at a max of $7,500. I want a round shape diamond and a pave setting. H or better color.

I really like the 1.20 carat Blue Nile diamond that you suggested but was wondering how you can tell if it is “eye clean”?

We’ve received extensive training to be able to see the inclusions and find good diamonds. But you can always ask BN to confirm the eye-cleanliness. Bear in mind those videos are extremely magnified. 95% of twinning wisps are usually not visible to the naked eye.
