The diamond is nicely cut, but it has a pretty large cavity there which would be a huge issue.
What style setting (solitaire, pave/side stone, halo) and metal (yellow/white gold, platinum) are you planning to put it in?
I am looking at upgrading my wife’s diamond from 10 years ago.
Her current stone is one carat, F color, SI clarity, princess. It is set in a white gold Tacori ring with diamonds running down the side of the band, with a sort of filigree engravings.
I am looking at purchasing a 2 carat diamond and would like to stay beneath 14 or 15k.
Thank you for the info.
Look at this 2.07ct:

It’s well cut and with no significant inclusions and it has a lot of fire and brilliance.
This one looks great, is there anything out there in the 12k range for a value comparison?
Not in that size. But I found a 1.80ct one that would work as well:

How does this one look?
That is also a gorgeous option.
Go for it. It’s a better value than the one I sent you. Beautiful find!
Amazing!
Thank you for the insight.
