Looking at two different diamonds wanted to get your opinion on what is the better value.
Unfortunately, neither of them is a good choice. Strong fluorescence is a kiss of death on anything higher than an I color. D/F diamonds with strong fluorescence are going to look hazy/milky in natural settings (like restaurants or outside). I would skip them both.
Would you like me to suggest better options?

Medium fluorescence is still too much for an F-color diamond. DEFG diamonds look good only with none or faint fluorescence.
