That diamond is really pretty thank you – what are your thoughts on the inclusions?
Will they be visible to the naked eye? The reason I am mentioning this is that I had my engagement ring made by a reputable local jeweller this year, who sourced a beautiful diamond (the above characteristics) but a 0.71 with cloud, feather, pinpoint and crystal inclusions, however when worn in natural daylight, you could see huge clouds and the inclusions just under the table, were impacting upon the light entering the diamond causing a haze. I could not see this under the lamp in the store when viewing the stone and placed my trust in the gemologist who I dealt with. The ring has been returned.
The inclusions won’t be visible. They are tiny and on the edge.
I understand what you’re saying. I always tell people to view the diamond in daylight when purchasing in person. It’s the only way to know what it looks like.
I wouldn’t worry about the last diamond I sent you. There is no reason for it to look bad.
