Hi,
I am looking at purchasing a nice pair of princess cut diamond stud earrings in the ~1ctw for my wife. My budget is under $3,000 all in and found this build your own pair on James Allen. Can you please tell me if this would be a good pair?

Unfortunately, those diamonds don’t match. The table and depth % should be within 1%, the ratios should be within 0.02 and the measurements similar. Also, the color has to be the same.
This is a better combination:

Despite the inclusions, you won’t be able to see any inclusions with the naked eye.
Thank you!
My pleasure. Let me know how you decided.
I ended up going with these diamonds and a platinum setting:

The specs of the 2 diamonds are within your suggested parameters the only thing is the color is one grade different but still in the colorless range so I think they should look fine together. I don’t think the naked eye will be able to tell the difference.
Alright. You can always send it back if you feel like they don’t match.
