I’m looking for a round stone between 0.7 and 0.75 in weight that is between $2,000 and $2,500 in price. The setting I am looking at are both white gold, either a pave style band or an twisted/infinity style band with the small diamonds in the band. My plan so far is to acquire the ring from a local jeweler and acquire the diamond online and have the jeweler set it.
Over the past month or so I have read through your site and been through James Allen’s site a couple of times. Below are two stones that I believe would be eye clean that are within my price range. From my personal eyeballing of stones at the jeweler the visible difference between a .75 stone and a .7 stone appears to be basically nonexistent, is that correct? One more question. The two stones below are in the H color range, so with a white gold ring could I go down a color range or two?
