Q&A: Looking for 1.5 Carat Round “Very Eye Clean” Diamond

I am looking for a 1.5 carat round, Very eye clean, good color and excellent cut. My budget is 11k. What do you think of Brillance.com as online vendor?

I don’t know much about Brilliance. I haven’t worked with them much. Either way, here’s what I like for your budget:

If I went down to 1.35 to 1.4 carat range could I get something VS2 or better?
