Q&A: Looking for 1.6 Ct. Round Brilliant Diamond for $15K Budget

I’m looking for round brilliant that is about 1.6 ct, and my budget is about $15,000.

I like this one:

Which would you go with? Or do you have any other suggestions?

I like the JA diamond more for two reasons:

1) The depth % and cut over all is slightly better.

2) The VS1 on the other diamond is right in the middle of the table. Its unlikely that its eye-visible, but it is a possibility (in a diamond that size, VS1s can be visible). That is a problem with looking at BN.

In general, we have had far better feedback from readers about JA than BN.
