I’m afraid it’s not possible to find a properly certified 1ct round diamond within that budget. This stone (Blue Nile LD12108711) is the cheapest well-cut diamond on BN. But it’s not eye-clean and still above your budget.
How about if I raise my budget to £3,500 to 4,000?

I’d personally choose the first one (Blue Nile LD12126803). It’s nicely cut and reasonably priced. Worst case scenario, you can always return it if you don’t like it and choose a stone with a better clarity grade. Which one is your favorite?
