I found a diamond that looks great and checks all the boxes, but it’s from a company called Parcel & Stone. Any idea whether they are reliable and opinions on going through a relatively unknown or unpopular online retailer?
Thanks.
We have not had any experiences with this company. I like that their stones are GIA certified. But I didn’t find whether you can return the stone/ring in case you don’t like something about it.
Feel free to send me the link to the stone you found. I’ll be happy to comment on it and check whether I find another/better option for you.
Thanks for the response. I’m going to go with my gut and stick to the James Allen and Blue Nile type of sites. I can’t even find Parcel & Stone if I google search for them which is never a good sign.
I found this diamond and think I’ll go with it unless you have hesitations or other tips: www.jamesallen.com/loose-diamonds/oval-cut/1.31-carat-f-color-vs1-clarity-sku-4507922?a_aid=dmnd1357
It has fantastic overall specs. I checked and didn’t find a better option at the moment. So if you like it, go for it.
That’s good to know. The only thing I just noticed is that one of the few inclusions it has is a ding/scratch right on the table/face.
…
The video is extremely zoomed in. Is that even noticeable with the naked eye?
As you mentioned, you can see the inclusion because the stone is highly magnified. The inclusion is on the table. But it is small. And I think that it won’t be noticeable.
Awesome I’ll order and see in person. Thanks a lot for the help. Really appreciate it!
It’s been my pleasure.
