Thank you for a quick reply. I actually like the cut on the one I picket better. It is only graded with a good symmetry though.. Looks quite symmetrical to me. Is symmetry an important factor regaring the brilliance and shine in an asscher, or is that more important on a brilliant cut diamond?
it’s not really important at all. See my articles on symmetry and polish. If you like the stone you selected more, then go for it! The two are very very close anyway.

Those are all really nice, but if you want as big as possible, then definitely go for the 1.51 H VS1. It’s noticeably larger than the others, and an H will still look really nice in an Asscher cut.
I just noticed that you wrote preferably BELOW 8000. So it’s ultimately going to be up to you. My 2nd favorite is the F VS2. Its the 2nd largest, and you get the added benefit of a higher color.
Let me know which way you decide to go!

A : I would go with the G. Because of it’s superior cut, it’s as large in terms of LxW as the H color. SO in the end, you’re getting a higher color stone for only a little bit more.
