Q&A: Looking to Spend $2500 for Princess Cut Diamond

Hello. I am looking for a princess cut diamond. I am looking for the best diamond i can get on a fixed budget. I am looking to spend around $3500 for the entire engagement ring. I really like some of the settings on bluenile, but i am not sure if you can buy a setting without purchasing a diamond from them. The settings I have been looking at were $750-$1,000. So, safe bet for a diamond would be around $2,500. I would like around 1 carat, H-I color, as far as clarity, I don’t want to be able to see any inclusions with the naked eye. I want a very bright, sparkly diamond! Any help would be appreciated. Can’t wait to hear from you! Thank you!

We went out tonight and I actually tried on rings and matched the carat size from online to what it actually looks like on my finger. I want to stay .90 +. I would recommend you don’t go lower than I for sure. So I’m not looking at the Js you linked to. The two Is you linked to are both very nice. If I had to pick, I’d go with this one:
