Q&A: Need 2nd Opinion on 0.69 Ct. Round Cut

I would love your opinion on this diamond I found for an engagement ring.

Do you think it’s a good value diamond?

I’m worried about the clarity and proportion. Do you think it’s going to be sparkly and eye clean?

Should I get it or skip it??

Sorry to say, but I am not a fan of that diamond for many reasons. 1) It’s not eye-clean. 2) It’s not a great cut (should have a smaller table) and 3) medium fluorescence is a no-no in a D color diamond. You are far better off with a diamond like this:
