Q&A: Need Help Deciding Between 2 Diamonds

I loved your website and have recommended it to all my friends. Thank you for making it! I chose a diamond based on your website and you introduced me to jamesallen.com. I am divided between two diamonds.

1. 0.70 carat

I have 2 questions.
Will the flaw on the front of the second diamond (0.65carat) be visible to the naked eye? Will the two diamonds be visibly different in size?
