I am 21, me and my gf have been dating four years. I have been saving about a year now and I have a budget of up to $6000 for the diamond, and $1500 for the setting. I am looking for a round diamond with the best bang for my buck. I’d like it to be around 1.20-1.30 carat. I want it to have ”fire” and sparkle as well. I want it to be eye clean as well. I don’t know a whole lot about diamonds please help! I know I ask alot again PLEASE HELP!

I thought the hearts and arrows would make it shine brighter and have more fire also I have roughly 1000 left in the budget for the diamond approx 6200.
The cut on that stone is great – but you definitely don’t want a stone with eye visible black inclusions. Here’s another really nice options for 6200:
