Hi there,
Ive been trying my luck finding a princess diamond online but Im not really sure how to decide which ones are better than others. We bought a Leo 0.73 carat ring from kays but after searching the internet feel we have been scammed on price. We still have time to return it so we would like to see if we can find a better diamond and setting. We would like to stay in the $3000-3500 range for the diamond and 14k white gold setting. I dont want to be able to see any inclusions. My original ring that we traded in for the leo was very obvious. Let me know if you have any suggestions. I really appreciate any help I can get.
…
I returned the Leo diamond this past weekend. I am now looking for a princess cut 0.75 carats or larger in the price range of 3000-3500 without any visible inclusions to the naked eye. I’ve been looking on james allen and would like to stick with a gia certified diamond. Any suggestions you may have would be very helpful.
I would recommend this diamond for you:
Its bright, eye-clean and a great value. What do you think?
Thanks for the recommendation. Is there a way to tell whether or not the blemishes are able to be seen with the naked eye? I trust your opinion, I’m just curious for my own knowledge and future purchases where I might not have a professionals help.
Thanks!
This diamond is absolutely eye-clean. That is not an issue at all.
We are planning to purchase the diamond you suggested (just waiting for kays refund to process). I just wanted to make sure this diamond would look good with a platinum band, since I originally told you it would be placed in a 14k white gold band.
Platinum and WG are the same when it comes to color.
We purchased the diamond you recommended and are now just awaiting its arrival. Thank you for your help!
Sounds great. Keep me posted.
