Q&A: Radiant Cut for $7K Budget

I’m looking for a Radiant cut which will have enough oomph to look good on a solitaire ring. From my research most people are saying around 1.2 carat is a good size which fits with my budget of $7,000

I found this one and it seems to be great but I thought I would check with you

I did look at a diamond today at a jeweller that I like but is a G vs an E (with the same clarity and quality of cut). The sparkle on the G was pretty fantastic but shouldn’t an E be better?

It seems like you have this diamond buying process down pat. I love the diamond you selected. Unless the G is cheaper, there is no point in really considering it.
